Initial WELL-designed Home Consultation

Congratulations! You are about to experience the first phase in TREIBE DESIGN's Full Service WELL-Designed Home Package, the Discovery Phase.
Are you looking for an easy, stress free process? You got it! Part of our WELL-designed home package is making sure you are covered at every step of the design process with this VIP option.
Our approach is to complete an entire home in a single installation, where we "roll out the red carpet" for you at the reveal. We want to ensure the best client experience possible which is why we manage the entire process, start to finish.
The investment for our full-service design involves a flat design fee, and your products, materials, finishes, furnishings and décor will be billed separately.
The Initial Design Consultation is step two within the Full-Service "Discovery Phase" (see below).
This time spent during the consultation is the first stage in developing your future Interior Design planning.
We will spend a total of 120 minutes, on-site, conducting a deep dive assessment of your project to gather information that is essential to our partnership. We will drill down to understand your goals and expectations of the process and walk away with a high level understanding of the scope for the project you are requesting.

What to expect from your 2-hour Initial Full Service Design Consultation:
Walk throughyour space(s) to determine functionality and lifestyle
Review & image existing furniture, fixtures, & artwork to be included in the new, updated design
Present the Design Process and set expectations.
Rough discussion/idea of budget
Review of design fees

Directions to Purchase and Prep for the 2-hour Initial Design Consultation:
You will begin by purchasing the Initial Full Service Design Consultation (on this page) to get started.
Use the Appointments tab (on the left side) to view Tristan's calendar and book your 2-hour appointment.
Click on the Questionnaires tab to open and complete the client questionnaire prior to your consultation.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project. In the left column you will find your menu where all your deliverables will live during the project.
At the close of this consultation we will begin to create your Scope of Work and move into step 3.
Step 3:
The result of this Initial Full Service Design Consultation will provide a framework for our recommendation, leading to your customized WELL- Designed Home Package purchase.
